Hi Guys, I'm new to Proxmox, coming from XCP1.1(Xenserver) .

Forgive me if this has been covered, but I can't find it. Is there any way to do KVM OS templates, specifically Windows?

Any nudge in the right direction would be helpful. Thanks

I'm sad that many template/appliance vendors treat KVM as if it didn't even exist... However you can use the .ovf templates from Turnkey Linux, for example. An .ofv is simply a zip with one or more block device images (mostly vmdk) and the relevant configuration files. A vmdk can be used easily in Proxmox, just search the forum. Talking about windows, I don't think MS' licenses are very forgiving for such methods of distribution. On the contrary, they have made licensing quite complicated in these scenarios.
