Hi,
i've tryed with proxmox 1.7 and both kernels 2.6.32.4 and 2.6.35.1. Both do a segfault like this. The VM stops abruptely. In kernel 2.6.32 there is not log in syslog.

This happens only when the network is correctly configured in the VM.
Can it be the VM .qcow2 file that is corrupted ?

Well yes.

I start my VM (w2008R2 web ed x64 1cpu 2Gb 32Gb qcow2).
I connect to it using a VNC client.
I modify the public network card IP address to mach the correct public IP address.

I get Internet connectivity for ... 5 seconds.
Then the VM stops.

I've tryed with a copy of my original .raw disk file.
It works perfectly.

cannot reproduce it here.
