IO errors on ZFS

Hello everyone.
After host system failure the FS of the host was restored from the backup. It seems that proxmox is working well on the host.
The VM disks were stored on the ZFS pool, scrub does not show any error on this pool. But there is a problem with the guests. After reboot, it's working well some time but after I can see IO errors in the VM consoles.
How to diagnose this problem? What can be source of the problem?

Not too much, i think

Another observation is the problem appears only during intensive IO operations on the VMs
