Installation stuck at boot

Hi guys! Today a bought a Lenovo mp93 machine with 4th generation i5, and 8 gb RAM.
I want to install the newest Proxmox VE but the boot stuck at please wait.. screen.
i also tried to write to usb disk with and without dd mode with rufus but nothing new.
Have you any idea, what can i do?

Can you try install Proxmox VE on Debian buster [1]
