Installation error

Got following error while installing: apt install -f proxmox-ve postfix open-iscsi

Even i have run following command as well getting same error.
#pveupdate
#pveupgrade

I have fixed that error by removing
Code:
rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/*
But getting below error while starting pve-cluster
