install proxmox via usb stick

Hi!
I have created and usb installation with rufus with the supported iso file.
When I install proxmox via usb stick I will get always the message that the installation drive will not found.
Hope somebody can help me how I can install from a usb-stick.

Did you use dd mode?

Thanks for your answer.
I could install it.
I tried to open the serverpanel over the ip Adresse but I don't get a connection but I can ping the ip addresse.
