Install Deepcool AK400 cpu fan driver

I have a Proxmox VE 8.2.4 server equipped with a Deepcool AK400 CPU that features a digital display.

I found a Reddit forum titled "Deepcool AK620 Digital Monitoring on Linux" that discusses enabling the digital display. The required dependencies include:

- Python 3
- hidapi
- psutil

My question is: Is it safe to install these dependencies? Will they cause any issues with my Proxmox server?
