How to Suspend VM?

I need to create a VM with 1 year rent i.e from 1 Jan 2012 to 1 Jan 2013, after the end of date (1 Jan 2013) then Proxmox automatically suspend this VM. How to do it?

There is no such functionality in Proxmox VE.

If not exists then how does Billing System (WHMCS, ClientExec, etc) create such order? Becuse this feature is very important in hosting business.
