How to replace LVM ssd with a larger one?

Hello guys,
I'm a proxmox newbie, I have a small server with a 120GB ssd for the OS, a 240GB ssd LVM for the virtual machines and 2 HDD passthrough to a VM.
I would like to have more VMs and so I need to replace the 240GB ssd with a larger one. Can somebody guide me through the easiest way to achieve that goal or post a link to a guide?
