How to - passthrough drive for Windows guest

Hi,

Is there a way to create/configure passthrough drives on Windows guests ?

Let me explain/clarify

My cluster is based on HP Blades and is using storage from SAN

I am migrating windows guests from Hyper-v blades to Proxmox - they all share the same SAN
Some Windows guest are using SAN LUNs as passthrough - I would like to make those LUNs available on proxmox hosts and then to the windows guest
