We have two servers that will be replaced. What do i have to do to get my subscription key moved to the new servers ?

pls login to your account on http://shop.maurer-it.com and open a support ticket. (they will re-issue it and you can upload the keys on your new servers).
I just found out that the process has changed after logging a support ticket. You can do it yourself now.
Here is the response:
We enabled re-issuing subscription keys on the client portal, so please just go to:
https://shop.maurer-it.com/clientarea.php?action=products
1. Click on "Detail"
2. On the "Management Actions" tab, choose "Reissue License"
This can be done 3 times per key.
If you need more, you need to request this via http://shop.maurer-it.com/contact.php
