Hi there,

I accidently whitelisted an email for a specific email user and don't see a way to manage the whitelist/blacklist per user. Where/how can I see whitelist/blacklist for individual email addresses?

thx
G

See "Administration/User Whitelist"

I checked that and this is what is says:

6.2.4. User White- and Blacklist
This is mostly useful to debug or verify white- and blacklist user settings. The administrator should not change these values because users can manage this themselves.

Not very helpful.

I don't send out daily reports to users so how do I get access to the user whitelist/blacklist?

See "Administration/User Whitelist"

Login as Admin to your Proxmox Mail Gateway and then go to "Administration/User Whitelist"

Thanks Tom. I checked that earlier and there's nothing there. I had mistakenly whitelisted an email to a specific email address yesterday from within Administration > Spam Quarantine using the Whitelist button but it doesn't appear in Administration > User Whitelist.

Should an email addresss whitelisted in this way appear here?

thx

Yes, works here.

lol, i finally got it. I didn't realize the field was a drop down menu and I just needed to select the email address in question.

Thanks!
