How can I expand my drive space?

Recently, I accidentally find that my C drive has only 5% of free space left and the computer also begins to remind me the low disk space problems. But, there is still a partition that is nearly empty. So, I think perhaps I can add the free space of this partition to my C drive. Do you think it is possible? How can do that? Please, help me!

I am going to assume this is a Windows VM running in Proxmox. You can use the disk management utility to expand the C drive onto the other disk.

The best way would be to create a new larger disk and image the C drive to this new disk, then replace the old disk with the new larger one.

Also another option is to delete some files from the C drive, perhaps there are temporary files or something else wasting space that can be deleted.
