Host die after shutdown

Hi,

I have an Intel NUC8i3BEH and also an Aerofara3.

I was installed in Intel NUC8i3BEH, Proxmox, last version. I had all vm's anx lxc.

A day I shutdown the host because i need to clean sometimes from dust.

When i connect again, no led on the Intel NUC8i3BEH, die.

So i get Aerofara3, same story, i shutdown right now and die, no led, no way to start again!

I'm in panic.

Please don't tell me to remove cmos battery, because not help.

Is correlated to Proxmox definitely i guess.

If no LED on the hardware when pressing the power button, that most likely isn't Proxmox. It is strange that both machines are completely dead though. Have you checked all connections etc inside the unit, making sure you didn't disconnect something when cleaning??

Yes of course, i didn't open it inside, only there is only connect an hub usb.

Impossible different machine, dead with the same shutdown in proxmox.

Is proxmox or something in debian or linux. And are 800$ that are gone, i wish to save them...

Other people with NUC8i3BEH don't have this problem, so it's not just Proxmox. Maybe don't use that USB hub? Maybe you got bad hardware twice? Impossible to tell without any information.
