High packet loss after some time

Hi!

I am using Proxmox VE 5.2-2. Mixed KVM/LXC.

Two days ago, after 50 days of splendid operation, I started experiencing high packet loss around 80% to host and guest machines. Rebooting helped, but the issue came up again after a day. It also appears that it's enough just to restart networking.service on host machine to get 0% packet loss to it, but then all VMs(both KVM and LXC) lose connection to internet and also require networking.service restart.

I am using a routed network setup with separate IPs for each VM, i.e.: all IPs point to host machine and it acts like a gateway to VMs. (or is it called bridged?)

Intel E1000 is not the case here, I am using VirtIO network cards for all VMs.

Also attaching my system report.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

It started the day after I created an openSUSE VM and definitely has something to do with it. Packet loss appeared again just now and I managed to resolve it by shutting down VM with openSUSE.
I am using openSUSE as an OpenLDAP server.

Turns out I didn't pay enough attention to security of the openSUSE VM and it was used in a botnet. Thread can be closed.
