Multiple of my proxmox console shells are down

The tips are as follows:

Task viewer: Shell

OutputStatus

Stop
failed waiting for client: timed out
TASK ERROR: command '/usr/bin/termproxy 5900 --path /nodes/pve --perm Sys.Console -- /bin/login -f root' failed: exit code 1

There is no connection between these hosts, which suddenly happens

Version 6.2-4, upgrade to 6.3 can not solve the problem

Chrome and firebox browsers have been tested, but they can't

is there a (reverse)proxy or a firewall between you and the server? if yes, it is configured to allow websocket traffic?

Hello, there is no firewall. These servers are in different network environments. It happened suddenly. The only thing in common is that they are all in China.

well the error means that the web client cannot connect to the websocket at the server... in a normal network environment this should work, but as i said, if a
proxy or firewall is inbetween that has to be configured for it

These servers are located in different data centers and different network environments, and these problems suddenly occur
No firewall
