Hello,

In what objects, there is one called Spam. Using it, I can apply actions on all spammy mails. I can do the same with viruses, deangerous content, ...

Is there a whay to do the same with hams ? We need to implement a specific action only for them.

Have a nice day.

if an email is not spam its ham so I do not think that there is a need of an object like 'ham'. do whatever you need with the rule system.

Hello Tom.

Our need is this one. We manage each antispam system of our customers. Our customers do not want false spam, of course, but many of them do not want false ham either.

What we need it's to see, at a glance, non detected spam. If I'd can send a notification for a ham to a specifc mail box, I can see why a spam was not detected.

Of course, I can send a notification for each mail received but spam and ham are mixed and it's more difficult for us to find non detected spam.

So, how can I send a notification at a specific mail box only for ham, of course, after having create a notification action.

Best regards.

Found ! :)

I did not saw that Accept, Block and Quarantine are final actions. I created some new notification rules with an appropriate subject and I've all I need.

Thank Tom.
