I'm just beginning my adventure with proxmox, but from what I can see you did passthrough to a container not to a VM.
I would like to use Intel GPU on container, on which I have tvheadend, unfortunately I have Proxmox 5.4-13, so the question is whether your procedure will work in my case.
I have also ...let say, "ported" (because it's not really passtrought as far as i know) DVB-S pci to container, according to this procedure

Hi The tutorial is on how to enable GPU/PCI Express passthrough for VMs, not containers. If you follow the guide you won't be able to pass devices to containers, since the tutorials make them invisible to the host OS. Good luck with Proxmox!

I have started with proxmox today to test the integrated GPU passthrough to my windows VM, and followed your tutorial to do it, but it seems I continue having issues with blue windows screens. I posted my issue on here:
