Gigabyte Z390 DESIGNARE

Hello,

I'm in the process of identifying compatible hardware for running Linux, Hackintosh and Windows VMs on Proxmox. I want to use Gigabyte Z390 Designare motherboard as it compatible with Hackintosh and wanted to make sure the hardware meets all Proxmox requirements. Specifically, I want to find out if this board supports GPU passthrough. Has anyone used this board successfully? Thanks.

Hi,

I can't tell you, but usually, the Grafik PCIe 16 x slot is dedicated attached to the CPU.
So on this Grafik slot, it will work the other slots I guess it will not.

Hi. Just got my hands on an old system today and installed Proxmox for the first time ever. I also has a Gigabyte Z390 Designare. Is there an online resource where I can view how compatible the hardware is and what BIOS settings work best etc?
