[SOLVED] Fresh installation Virus & Spam test

Hello,

I have just installed Proxmox and ran few tests using emailsecuritycheck.net/. They sent 7 mails with virus or spam. 2 of them were blocked by Proxmox but 5 other came into my mailbox.

Are there settings I must configure / enable to reach 100% - 7 mails blocked ?

What was not blocked are mails with a harmless .bat files (sometime named "".b"at or simply.bat).

Check my advancing thread for better spam detection. For Virus and Attachments you need to improve by yourself, maybe you can also do the switch to Avast as I currently plan to do.

Why would you want to block harmless files?

A virus scanner does not block attachment.

The mention tests are sending simple attachments without virus, so they are passed in a default setup.

You can adapt your rule system to block such attachments, very powerful.
