how hard would it be to add the ability to set a boot order for vm. either cli or gui

if i create a san kvm It would be prefered to have it up and running before the other guests boot..
i know there is a hack that someone came up with to do this. but it seams like such an simple feature that
it should be avail in pve
if its already there or planned i appologize
