I installed proxmox since 2 months. I can install my VM easily.

But I have a problem with the "local" storage size.

By default, proxmox creates two storages => local and local-lvm.

All of my VMs are on local and nothing is on local-lvm but the local size is 100GB.

The size available on "local-lvm" is 1.7 TB.

I search how extend "local" storage but I'm quiclky lost in the documentation.

This is some screeshoot about my configuration:

The best thing is to work on local-lvm. It's much more stable and faster for snapshots as qcow2. So i think the best is to move your virtual hdd's to local-lvm.

Forget what I said. All is ok. My VM are installed in local-lvm.

local is used for storage somes vdmk and iso.

Sorry about this post.

Ok, the problem is I can't upload ISO or VDMK files on local-lvm but only on local.

And I have a lot of vdmk and ISO files to upload.

So, either I extends local, either I change local-lvm's configuration for it allows to upload image files.

What is the best solution and how to do this?
