Existing thin pools not being added

I had to reinstall and once the reinstall finished none of my existing thin pools are being added to storage. It's also not letting me manually add them.

How can I fix this?

So you can't add them to the list of storages? (Datacenter -> Storage)
What's the error when you try to add them?
