Hi All,

After the latest update to Proxmox Virtual Environment 7.1-8, I'm facing quite a bit of slowness to my VMs and LXCs. So, I want to roll back to the previous version, which was Virtual Environment 7.1-2, where I had no issues with any VMs or anything. What is the procedure for this?
I haven't done the rollback and don't want to make any mistakes during the processes as well. Seeking help regarding this.

Thank you and have a great day.

There isn't a way to downgrade in case you didn't create a backup of your root disks before the upgrade. But what you can do is booting with an older kernel to see if it helps.

Okay, thanks a lot for the quick suggestion! Please suggest which kernel should I boot with,
root@pve:~# dpkg --list|grep pve-kernel
ii pve-firmware 3.3-4 all Binary firmware code for the pve-kernel
ii pve-kernel-5.13 7.1-5 all Latest Proxmox VE Kernel Image
ii pve-kernel-5.13.19-1-pve 5.13.19-3 amd64 The Proxmox PVE Kernel Image
ii pve-kernel-5.13.19-2-pve 5.13.19-4 amd64 The Proxmox PVE Kernel Image

ii pve-kernel-helper 7.1-6 all Function for various kernel maintenance task

I'll choose pve-kernel-5.13 ?
