Doubts about SPICE on Windows guest

I just read the Proxmox SPICE article.
https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/SPICE

In general it advises to just set the correct settings for virtual machine's video, install Windows guest and after that install the SPICE client program in the guest.
I'm also using the virtio drivers iso for windows as per the "best practices":
https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Windows_10_guest_best_practices
https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Windows_VirtIO_Drivers

However, after reading the Spice docs
https://www.spice-space.org/spice-user-manual.html
and doing some few more searches, I noticed the spice-guest-tools installer seemingly includes all same virtio drivers as the windows iso: viostor, scsi, network, balloon, qxl itself of course, etc.

So I became confused, what would be the best way to setup Windows guest entirely, installing spice tools after the guest installation, or pre-loading virtio drivers during windows installation?

Big thread edit, as I looked for more information in other articles.
However, could someone really help with the trilling question, please?
Being it, which drivers -virtio iso or spice tools- to use at all? Or more over, what's the difference between each case?
I do know I'd need to still pre-load at least scsi and perhaps network virtio drivers in order to be able to start using the virtual machine itself...

Come on... or now it turns that my user is "unofficially" banned?
@dcsapak: hello?
what do you mean with "unofficially" banned?

when you get no answer, the most probable cause is that you either had a question which nobody can answer, or it is not clear what you want to know.

in this case, i have no idea what the answer is, because i seldomly use spice, an when i do, i use it mostly on linux guests, where the spice tools/drivers come from the guest repos and not from the installer

This is less about Proxmox (and even virtualization in general) and more about how windows deals with drivers. Just install all the necessary drivers from the virtIO.iso then run the spice installer. Windows will keep the newest drivers for each component as required.
see https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/oldnewthing/20170208-00/?p=95395 for a explanation from an M.S. developer as to how it works and why all default windows drivers are dated June 21, 2006.
