Hi Guys,
Right now I see that the host management traffic & the VMs traffic are getting out from the same NIC

Is there a way [and is it recommended] to seperate those traffics into few NICs ? and also separate NIC for NFS for example ?

Like in VMware for example

Thanks in advance

Best Practise is to seperate all the Traffic. You should have a redundant Link for:
- Public Traffic
- Internal Traffic
- Management Traffic (The Link to get on the PVE Interface)
- Cluster Traffic (The Link for Corosync)
- Live Migration Traffic
- Storage Traffic

If you will do this, you need 12 Links and NICs per Server. And exactly this is the reason why i recommend to use 2x 10GbE for ALL Traffic :)
2x 10GbE its fairly enough for all of those Traffic, and you are not wasting Cables and Switches for it.
I had no problem with such a setup up to today, so in my opinion there is no need for more Cables thans really needed. But im fair with seperate Storage and all the other Traffic, so if you have an DDoS maybe your Storage will get damanged, so thats the only reason who it makes really sense.
