--SOLVED--

just my stupid error, using mount external HDD to /media, when the mounted is error, backup VM goes to root folder, but if you not umount the /media, you cannot find the file.

if someone might have same problem, the noob and easy way is try to umount all the mounted Dir or any mounted storage that you use.
then remove the file, anfter that just remounted again.

Thanks for this info, also solved my problem. The mapped external drives where "hiding" the backup files stored in /media directories. After umount, became quickly apparent, clean-up, the mount -a.
