Hello.
Since few days, we have a big problem with a proxmox mail gateway.
The problem is, that the cyren scanning method blocks mails that are not spam.
For example,
Sep 9 15:23:30 smtp-proxy-1 proxprox[5222]: 2016/09/09-15:23:30 CONNECT TCP Peer: "[127.0.0.1]:60824" Local: "[127.0.0.1]:10024"
Sep 9 15:23:30 smtp-proxy-1 proxprox[5222]: 812BFFF57D2B7D22D650: new mail message-id=<aaa@aaa.com>#012
Sep 9 15:23:30 smtp-proxy-1 proxprox[5222]: 812BFFF57D2B7D22D650: known spam mail (confirmed by commtouch)
Sep 9 15:23:30 smtp-proxy-1 proxprox[5222]: 812BFFF57D2B7D22D650: SA score=100/5 time=0.000 bayes=undefined autolearn=no hits=CTASD_SPAM_CONFIRMED
Sep 9 15:23:30 smtp-proxy-1 proxprox[5222]: 812BFFF57D2B7D22D650: block mail to <bbb@bbb.com>
The question is, how to definetly disable cyren anti spam method? I have disabled rbl checking, and it helped at rbl level...but the messages are still scanned at localhost:10024 level.
I know that I can edit /etc/postfix/master.cf, but I do not want to make any mistaken changes.
Regards.
