CMAN is Multicasting to 239.192.0.0 /14 over 5404 / 5405

Is there strong documentation around CMAN multicasting to 239.192.0.0 /14 over ports 5404/5405?
It set off some alarms internally when the traffic started showing up.

More specific IP 239.192.105.37. All traffic is UDP and it seems to generate +- 500 packets per minut.

Agree that the volume is high.
The specific IP address will change from implementation to implementation but according to the Administratrive Multicast RFP will remain within the 239.192.0.0/14 space.
