Hi Team,

I am running proxmox 3.0 in a cluster of 3 nodes.

One of the nodes and IBM 3650 model 7979 died motherboard issues, so I replaced it with another machine same model.

I just moved the HDD over as they were raid 5.

The box boots up and I get the proxmox login on the local console but its not reply to ping or seen by the other nodes.

I had nic bonding on.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong pls?

Cheers,

raj

New motherboard means new nics <=> new mac addresses so maybe your bond and/or switch gets confused.

Yes, I guess you need to remove /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules and reboot so that
the file is re-generated (or correct the MAC values inside the file)
