Cluster - CT migration failed - storage type 'lvmthin'

Im getting this error when i try to migrate VM from one server to the other on the clustered network

When i try to create LVM to move "local-lvm:vm-103-disk-1" so ican do the migrate i noticed the LVM showing very low storage available for some reason

please upgrade to the current version
 
I try to run upgrade just like it asked but still saying 4.2
