I' not sure how much details to go into. I cloned my lone proxmox disk using DD. there was a power failure during the process so I booted the original up again to make sure. It worked but an ubuntu guest wouldn't boot.

I finished the clone and proxmox boots from the new disk. That same ubuntu guest wont boot( not a valid boot drive error) however on this one a windows VM wont boot due to a uefi error.

I get why the windows error would happen, though I hoped it might not, but is the ubuntu error related. I thought i wasn't using uefi. My bios is seabios.

Any input would be helpful, I'm pretty new to VMs.
