Ceph SSD for wal

I'm looking for a good SSD for to outsource the WAL for my OSDs.

Which SSDs can you recommend? I had already looked for the following models:

SM883
Intel D3 S4610 series

From the CEPH ML it's pretty much recommended that any disk that was good for File store Journal (https://www.sebastien-han.fr/blog/2...-if-your-ssd-is-suitable-as-a-journal-device/)

Will be good for the BL WAL + DB, as they both have similar I/O demands.

Thx, but that a very old devices. For rocket.db you got 10% space default from the OSD, it can get very big pretty fast if you work with 4 TB hard disks.

Actually, 30GB is enough for a journal, the 10% recommendation is just the "safe" recommendation even though it wastes ssd space..
