We have an issue with virtual machines crashing during snapshot creation, can you please advise how to resolve this issue?
Our system: proxmox4.4 ceph 10.2.7, backup - eve4pve-barc,5 servers, 30 OSDs.
In the last month 3 virtual boxes on different nodes crashed with the same symptoms. We can tell from the system logs that in each case the box crashed at about the same time the snapshot was taken . To restart the crashed box we need to do start/stop otherwise it does't see a bootable disk. On two of these virtual boxes the write through cache was enabled and on the third this was disabled.
