Ceph cant add old disk

I've been testing, remove an osd, perform the steps they suggested

but when re-creating it it tells me that it is still in use.

root@pve2:/etc/ceph# pveceph createosd /dev/nvme2n1
device '/dev/nvme2n1' is already in use

but if i can delete the disk if not exist.


root@pve2:/etc/ceph# ceph osd destroy 19
osd.19 does not exist


root@pve2:/etc/ceph# ceph-volume lvm zap /dev/nvme2n1
