can't upload iso file

I am running 1.9 and I tried to upload an iso image and I get the following error:

[h=1]Internal Server Error[/h] The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, root and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

[2523]ERR: 24: Error in Perl code: Ticket authentication failed - invalid ticket 'root::root::1325128831::e79c016778685822bd46ab80152b7349629c57a8::e5aa3176edaa191cea2f5a6cdfd081debbaf290c

I've never had this happen. Does anyone know what is causing this?

Ticket auth usually fails when clocks on cluster nodes are out of sync.
