Cant Run Emulator under Windows VM

Im have some issue with vm proxmox using cpu host.
Im have vm with emulator under windows vm in proxmox version 4 now is running. I want make more in another node proxmox but cant running with same configuration "cpu type host ". Error in emulator is "Hyper v is detected". Im already try on another type server liker R620, xeon server E3 1220 v2 but still same. Maybe someone have idea

Hyper v is detected

That sounds like a windows issue. Try disabling Hyper-V support in the VM, i.e. go to start, type in "add or remove features", and in the resulting dialog uncheck Hyper-V.

Im already try to disabling hyper-v but its still same issue ., im try to copy vm to another node (existing can use windows + emulator ) it can.

Nested virtualization (what I think you try to accomplish) does not work with all CPUs and not with all motherboards.
I think you hit a limitation on that end.
What is the configuration where you have success in running it as described?

Yeah i think some motherboard is not compatible.
