Can't restore VM from 1.9 to 2.2

Hi,

I have an old Proxmox 1.9 with 2 VM OpenVZ. Now I want to upgrade to Proxmox 2.2, so I have a new server and I want restore my VM to the new server.

When I restore with vzrestore it seems to work. My VM appears in interface. I start it and in console the VM boot normally until a message : INIT: no more processes left in this runlevel

I have tried with 2 VM, I have create a VM and it does not work.
