Hi, ive tryed to install a new instance of proxmox, and have used new distro 5.1 r3. After the installation usually i mount a few network storage mounts, some of them are linux based and some are windows based shared folders.
This time it was a bit different story for me, usually you need to create a folder, add credentials and network path to fstab and after that with mount command you can attach the desired network share to PM. But not in the case of PM 5.1 r3, ive tried almost any possibility of folder mount option, but with no success. I find one more thread about this problem from a user, he resolved his issue with something like use cifs 1.0, or something like that, in my case that did not worked.
Ive installed a 5.0 instance and everything went ok, ive tryed the same commands on centos 7 and ubuntu 16 and all steps went well, i could reach a network folder.
And now back to our sparrows, the desired host ping is OK, the name and pass also are OK, commands are OK, but when i try to connect its always says got timeout host is down.
So can you give me some clues to where i should find the answer to get those folders mounted?
Sorry for my English :)
