Can i used part sizefrom hard disk for cache or must use full size?

Hi all,
I have proxmox VE server and i want to add cache and i want to use 100Gb from 1000Gb ssd hard disk on ZFS, can i make it ??

What kind of cache? What kind of storage / file system are you using?

Can you show the output of lsblk for example to give us a bit more information of the current state?
 
Did you mean for kind cache is SSD device ? we will use SSD and kind of storage is ZFS file system.
we cannot show the output now but we can explain the structural of Proxmox servers:
we have three node pve1, pve2, pve3 and each node has ZFS storage it is mirror zfs and we want to add cache on zfs storage and the kind of storage is SSD when we created ZFS, we used two SSD with Full capacity, now we are going to add cache on this zfs and we have SSD hard disk and i want to allocate 100GB from SSD not full capacity. Can we do it?
