bypass greylist for specific destination emails?

I currently run EFA for my email protection. Using it, I can have specific destination emails bypass greylisting, yet still have them go through SPAM and virus checking. The reason is that support personal require emails to arrive quickly, and greylisting slows that down, especially with badly configured servers.

I see a whitelist section, but from what I can see, that whitelists across the board, and no SPAM or virus checking is done.

There are 3 levels of black-/whitelist in PMG:
* in the MailProxy: Config->MailProxy->Whitelist (Tab on top) <- This one bypasses greylisting/spf-checks/postscreen handling (and postfix-smtpd checks) - so probably what you're looking for
* in the RuleSystem: Config->MailFilter->Who Objects->Whitelist <- This one (with the default rule setup!) bypasses spamquarantine and dropping of the mail in the RuleSystem
* the User White/Blacklist: When a user clicks on Whitelist/Blacklist in a quarantined mail <- This one lets the user decide to get the mail from those addresses directly delivered (or blocked) instead of being quarantined (by lowering/ raising the SpamScore)

I hope this helps!
