Broadcom 10Gb Kernel driver

hi,

does anyone know if the latest kernel for PM 2.2/2.3 includes the latest fixed Broadcom driver as there was a lot of talk about kernel panics with the Broadcom 10Gb Ethernet chipsets?

for example does anyone have a HP BL460C G6 upwards running the latest Proxmox version without having to install the driver separately?

2.3 has the new, following bnx2x drivers:
