Backup und Proxmox Kernel Probleme nach Upgrade auf v7

Hallo zusammen,

seit ich auf Proxmox 7 per Inplace-Upgrade nach Proxmox Anleitung gemacht habe, habe ich diverse Probleme. Verwendet wird ein Intel NUC.

1. Problem
Login per SSH/Webgui nicht mehr möglich. Das System ist nicht wirklich nutzbar. Im Kernel finde ich soetewas hier:

2. qemu-VM ist nach Snapshot Backup (Modus Suspend/Snapshot) hat nur noch RO-Filesysteme. Nach Reboot komme ich direkt in die Busybox und kann noch mit einem FSCK reperaturen starten.

"fixed....". Ich habe 6.4 neu installiert, und meine Backups eingespielt. Jetzt schnurrt er wieder wie ein Kätzen -> Ich werde einfach mit 7.0 warten.
