Hello guys, my problem is as follows, I have 3 VMs on one HD, vm 102 103 104, 1 win7 and the other two are ubuntu server, vm 102 and 103 their backup is correct, coming in the correct size. Already the backup of 104 it comes from the size of the entire disk, I made it to be 300gb, it is using 9gb, but the backup comes from 300gb, active discard, fstrim already used it. Is it because it is lvm and not lvm-thin? How to change?

Yes, LVM without thin-provisioning does not provide sparse-allocation support. You can go to your VM in the GUI, select your root disk in the Hardware tab and click "Move Disk" at the top. This allows you to move your disk image to your lvm-thin, then run an fstrim in the guest.
You cannot change an LVM volume to lvm-thin on the fly. You'd have to move all disks to another drive temporarily, then, when you're sure there's no data left on your LVM you can wipe the disk and reformat it as lvm-thin (e.g. via the PVE GUI).
Make sure you have backups in any case, as this potentially involves some destructive operations.
