Backup failed -- warum?

Hallo.
Ich erhalte manchmal beim nächtlichen Vollbackup solche Meldungen:

200    Dockerhost    FAILED    00:01:26    start failed: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

oder auch:

902    Ubuntu-18.04    FAILED    00:00:02    start failed: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Disconnected: Connection is closed

Das geschieht (auf den ersten Blick) nicht reproduzierbar -- was könnte die Ursache sein?
