Backup end in error

Hiho!
What means this error when I try to start a backup:

I also tried to unlock
qm unlock 100
unable to open file '/etc/pve/nodes/ns350433/qemu-server/100.conf.tmp.494889' - Eingabe-/Ausgabefehler

How can I resolve this problem? The backups has worked before.

What is the output of:

# ls -l /etc/pve/nodes/ns350433/qemu-server/

Is this a cluster setup? If so, do you have quorum?

No it's not a cluster setup.

ls -l /etc/pve/nodes/ns350433/qemu-server/
insgesamt 1
-rw-r----- 1 root www-data 316 Apr 28 00:15 100.conf
-rw-r----- 1 root www-data 303 Apr 28 00:16 100.conf.tmp.260978

Please try the following:

# rm /etc/pve/nodes/ns350433/qemu-server/100.conf.tmp.260978
# service pve-cluster restart
# qm unlock 100
