Hi out there and hope you are all fine in these hard time of Corona.

I tried searched but I dont found exactly what I want. I have a VM installed on disk A, but want to move it to disk B.
Can I just shutdown the VM, backup and then choose to restore it to disk B ? The VM is quite important, thats why I ask you before so I dont screw something up :p

Kind regards

If disk B is configured as storage you should be able to move the disk to the other storage while it is running. Check out the "Move Disk" button in the GUI when you select the disk of the VM.

Great. Can you please mark the thread as solved? When you edit the first post you should be able to select the prefix next to the title. Thanks!
