Assigned Memory when Creating a VM

I have been testing 2.0 Beta for a few days and I have run into a problem.
I can create a vm using CentOS 5.7 32 bit with as little as 128MB of memory for the vm itself and the install completes fine.
But when I create a vm using CentOS 6.0, 6.1 or 6.2 32bit I have to assign the vm at least 512MB of memory or I get an error saying "there is not enough memory to start the install".
Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks!
John

Thanks!
Do you think one do the install at 512MB and then revert back to 256MB?
I guess I can try this and see.
