Assign Physical Hard Drive 2 vm

Hi everyone in the forum, anyone knows how If I can assign an (NTFS) Physical Hard Drive Unit to a specific vm running Windows Server??? and if I can do it with a dynamic array of hard-drives?? let´s say three hard-drives...4 example::

OK, it`s me again so I`m guessing I´ll use LVM to expand my HD again is it???

With virtio you can also assign 3 aditional hdds.
