Hello,

Just interesting, is there any possibility to assign the static IP address automatically for the created VE guests? Or mby during the creation process? Or mby to chose from a list during the creation or after it from management WEB? It is annoying to log in via vnc or console every time and give them IP manually. DHCP is not an option. But even with DHCP service, the interface must be configured manually to use it.

If I'm right, one should use venet device for this?
Are there any plans to make it possible in the future?

Thank you for an answer.
I think, this could be done when cloning will be fully functional. The idea is to create a VM with ssh-key root authentication and during the first boot the default root user should login via console and configure the network device, with picked some IP from list or smth. After that ssh key should be deleted.
This should be done using some scripts on VE host.
Just a theory.
